We believe in keeping our members informed and encourage you to review and consult the Division's business records.

Bylaws

The Division's governing Bylaws outline our organizational structure, operational procedures, and the rights and responsibilities of the Executive Committee.

FY25 Business Records

Each year, the Women & Planning Division develops and approves a Budget and Work Plan. These documents detail the Division's goals, priorities, and programming and create a roadmap for the responsible use of member dues, donations, sponsorships, and other revenues paid to the Division.

Meeting minutes provide a detailed record of the Executive Committee's discussions, decisions, and progress in fulfilling our mission. Minutes are kept for all Division business meetings, including monthly Executive Committee meetings and our Annual Business Meeting.

Annual Performance Evaluations

The Women & Planning Division submits an Annual Performance Report. The APA Divisions Council (DC) Executive Committee reviews the Division's submitted performance report and provides the results of this evaluation to the Division and APA.
