2023 APA Division Achievement Award for Best Practice

The Division was recognized by APA's Divisions Council for our FAICP Collaborative Nomination Mentorship Program. Two of the Division’s four nominees were inducted into FAICP along with three participating members nominated by their Chapters. WPD continues to be the most successful FAICP-nominating Division and we will continue this program in future nomination cycles.

2019 APA Division Achievement Award for Education Excellence

The Division was recognized by APA for its development and implementation of our inaugural program: Women & Planning: The Next Generation, featuring the “Girls Who Plan” Program.

2018 APA Division Achievement Award for Overall Division Performance

The Division was recognized by APA for its overall performance as a Division in Communications, Webinars, Membership Outreach and Growth!
