Funding Award & Scholarship Reimbursement Instructions
Submitting Reimbursement Requests for WPD Funding Award and Scholarship Recipients
Step 1: Complete and submit W-9.
APA must have your tax information on file to process your reimbursement request.
- Download a W-9 form from the IRS website.
- Save the completed and submit it to APA using their secure email address: accountspayable@planning.org
Step 2: Submit eligible expenses to WPD.
- Gather your receipts/proofs of payment for eligible expenses (varies based on the specific funding or scholarship program).
- Email your receipts to the Division's Director of Finance and the Director of Funding & Financial Support.
